Project Administrator + Parking + Construction Industry

We are working with this national business to find their next administrative hire!

You will join a busy and lively team just on the outskirts Poole which has retained its "family feel" even though they have seen so much growth over the last few years, we have watched this company go from strength to strength.

Your role:

To support the projects team with all administrative tasks, including

* Preparing and issuing quotations.
* Updating and maintaining our database/systems.
* Liaising with our suppliers.
* Other relevant general administrative duties.
* Invoicing.

And much more.....

You will need to have:

  • Good and accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills.

  • Excellent IT skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Internet etc.)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong telephone manner.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional administrative and organisation skills.

  • The ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.

  • Experience within the construction industry would be helpful but not essential.
