The role:




  • Logistical planning and coordination of contractors

  • Reporting on compliance and statistics

  • Promoting health and safety best practice

  • Assist with producing accurate reports as required by the wider team such as monthly reports, H&S monitoring trends, KPIs reports etc

  • Recording of compliance and quality management to meet quality standards

  • Receiving, capturing, collating, and distributing information

  • Set up and coordinate meetings as required

  • Assist in bid & tender work where appropriate and relevant

  • Promote and encourage a positive attitude to Health and Safety

  • Handle delegated administrative tasks from colleagues in a courteous and efficient way to help projects run smoothly, ensure flexibility to meet project demands

  • Attend and participate in team meetings

  • Work in various areas of the project to help develop skills, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of administration

  • Assist with installer on-boarding administration



To be successful in this role, you will:




  • Have strong administration experience from current or previous employment

  • HSE experience and qualifications relating to this (NEBOSH, ISOH etc) are preferred but not essential

  • Be comfortable navigating computer software and systems, including MS office

  • Have a keen eye for detail

  • Have excellent organisation skills and time management skills

  • Be a confident communicator, both in person and over the phone at all levels including stakeholder and board level

  • Be flexible and ambitious with a hunger for progression

  • Able to take direction well but can also work under own initiative



In return you will be entitled to:




  • A starting salary of £22,000 to £24,000 (negotiable at interview) per annum

  • Working hours of Monday - Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Fridays 9am to 4:00pm

  • On site parking

  • Holiday Allowance: 26 Days + Bank Holidays
