Project Administrator, 6 month fixed term, Part Time, Bristol

Hours: 9am - 5pm; 3 days a week (part time hours)

Pay: £12 per hour

Location: Working from home

The role is working from home - laptops will not be provided!

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join their busy team in an admin support role for a large training project starting in May with one of our biggest clients. This is a fixed term, part time, six-month contract (minimum 3 days per week), with the possibility of a permanent role/more hours for the right candidate.

The role is varied but primarily will involve working extensively with Microsoft Teams, as well as all the usual Microsoft software - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Effective communication skills, ability to plan, organise and manage multiple tasks lists is essential.

Main duties include:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams - to include setting up Teams, channels and meeting invitations for a modular training programme spanning 6 months

  • Assist clients joining the Teams platform, troubleshooting any issues through email or phone

  • Implement and manage a project task list using Microsoft Planner (or other appropriate software)

  • Manage excel spreadsheets

  • Put together training programme joining instructions

Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Office 365 and Teams

  • Familiar with OneDrive

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
