Office Angels are looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator for an amazing client based in the heart of London Bridge.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fabulous office within a friendly team.


Role: Senior Programme Coordinator


Hours: Candidates needs to be flexible with hours e.g. evenings and weekends and will work 5 over 7 days


Location: The Shard & Remote working


Pay: £14.29ph


Duration: 3 months on-going with potential to go permanent

Duties of the role:



  • Co-ordinate and provide the operational delivery of Executive Education programmes; including working with and supporting tutorial teams, arranging required facilities and resources and preparation of materials in conjunction with Programme and Client Directors at both on-site and off-site locations as required.

  • Liaise with Programme Directors and tutors (internal and external) and monitoring of course materials to ensure production is in EE standard format and meets quality requirements.

  • Ensure the smooth running of all arrangements including accommodation, meals and refreshments, arrangement of lecture rooms and case study rooms, audio visual and computer set-up; including internet links, welcome guest speakers, participants and client representatives.

  • Organise materials as required for various experiential events when run as part of the programme delivery.

  • Agree and produce the relevant tutor teaching contracts in respect of each programme.

  • Liaise with other Executive Education team members to ensure new clients are transferred from the Business Development team to the Senior Programme Co-ordinators team.


Requirements for the role:



  • Highly developed understanding of what constitutes good customer care

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and progress a number of complex tasks concurrently

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Highly developed and effective communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to others and cultural awareness
