The role
We are searching on behalf of our client for a Sr. Product Manager who can hold a leadership position in building the next generation of media infrastructure. This includes a new, automated pipeline of media related data and a suite of reporting and analytics to derive deep insights from their spends in the market; as well as workflow management and operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual task-load across EU stakeholders.

The individual is passionate about deep dive potential gaps, define the future product strategy, drive development of innovative initiatives, navigate in a complex start-up environment, exercise business judgement to evaluate trade-offs. They are comfortable with end to end ownership of local developments as well as with influencing global tech strategy and prioritization. They can connect the dots between business strategy, user requirements and solution design. They have a deep understanding of the media tech & tooling landscape and can identify best practices and ensure all deliveries meet the highest standards.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead the development and management of the product vision, strategy and roadmap for media tech and tooling in EU toward the team's strategy and vision
* Work closely with data engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, guide prioritization and trade-offs among tech performance, customer experience, partner experience and development resources
* Proactive management of risks and dependencies, take ownership to resolve dependent workstreams as needed
* End to end ownership of building a new data pipeline from our media partners to internal data warehouses
* Envision and design dashboards, analysis and analytical requirements based on the new data flow to drive deeper insights, build the roadmap and work with BI, economist and analyst teams to build and implement new solutions, test and adapt as needed
* Effectively influence global work streams on workflow management and operations to ensure EU requirements are being met
* Ensure successful operations through robust handover plans, define resourcing as needed

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
* Experience in media, deep understanding of media data availability and dependencies in at least one EU country
* Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition, feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
* Experience coordinating complex program development cycles
* Must be able to think creatively
