Overview:

As Product Manager Vision Care EMEA & Canada, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the eye care portfolios and work closely with cross functional teams across the globe.


You will apply your previous experience in product management to develop compelling product and commercial propositions for both eye care professionals and consumers.


Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:


Lead the development of marketing programmes, campaigns and initiatives



  • Assist in development of new campaigns and the adaptation of international campaigns

  • Lead regional digital and e-commerce projects

  • Conduct product, consumer, market analysis to gain insights and support marketing initiatives

  • Lead marketing collateral documentation and route regional marketing promotional materials

  • Conduct product, consumer, eye care professional, market and competitive analysis to gain insights



Manage new product launch planning and portfolio line extensions



  • Manage new product / line extension launch execution

  • Coordinate fit set development

  • Ensure EMEA-only packaging artwork adheres to brand guidelines



General coordination



  • Manage all Marketing claims, references and approvals

  • Manage EMEA and Canada SharePoint to ensure markets are accessing the most up-to-date materials

  • Lead competitive analysis and tracking and provide markets with competitive intelligence

  • Support labelling requests and approval

  • Manage EMEA and Canada Marketing budget



To be successful in this role you'll be:



  • 4 years product/marketing experience

  • Medical device and/or consumer marketing experience within a large corporate environment

  • Educated to university degree level, preferably in marketing or equivalent

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Proven project planning and delivery skills
