Role: Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant

Location: Leeds City Centre

Hours: Monday -Thursday 9.00- 17.30pm | Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £19,700

We are excited to be advertising this excellent opportunity for a reputable law firm based in Leeds City Centre with offices in and around West Yorkshire for a Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant. You must have prior experience within Conveyancing particularly Post Completion experience. Although this role is ideally full time, the firm are happy to discuss flexible and part time working arrangements for the successful candidate.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact, providing support in all matters relating to the firms post completion conveyancing work

  • Handle all land registry applications after completion, arranging submission of the Stamp Duty Land Tax return with HMRC

  • Dealing with any requisitions raised by Land Registry

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • The candidate will ideally have 2 years' experience within Conveyancing handling post completion matters

  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of lender panel requirements would be advantageous
