Portfolio Coordinator Role

An opportunity to join an established department within a company that offers stability and progression ,

  • Dealing with with field based Engineers via phone , email

  • Scheduling faults into the engineers calendars,

  • Processing engineer's job sheets and producing customer information packs in accordance with the

  • Adhering to contract service level agreement.

  • Production of monthly reports where you will extract, manipulate and input data.

Skills needed

  • Good customer service skills and confident telephone manner

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines efficiently

  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on needs
