I am proud to be working with a leading SME organisation based in Wokingham who are recruiting for a Planning Administrator. You will be highly organised, motivated as well as having excellent communication skills. This role will suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to enhance their current Administration skills within a friendly environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • To produce required work sheets

  • Production of monthly contractual job sheets

  • Collate required administration

  • Management of paperwork

  • Track and record work administration

  • Ensure all work has been completed and updated on bespoke system

  • Work closely with other members of staff

  • Book appointments for other departments

  • Booking of travel and hotel rooms when required

  • Liaise with clients regarding various requests


Required Skills



  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Highly organised with a methodical approach

  • Strong team player
