Our well-established client, who always have their staff at the heart of their vision are currently recruiting for an Executive PA to support and offer assistance to the CPO office, covering the core PA activities for the divisions office.

This role will be based out of Holborn, Central London and you will need to be present in the office 3 days a week. As a personal assistant, you will be crucial to build the team culture and glue the team together.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Act as a go-to person in and for the department - endeavour to seek solutions to problems by communicating with a broad range of people across the company

  • Assist with the management of Chief Publishing Officer calendar - this involves arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders and collating/circulating meeting materials.

  • Organise all travel requirements for Chief Publishing Officer, including reservations for flights, hotels, trains and visas (as required). Provide detailed itineraries and relevant contact details

  • Arrange meeting logistics (booking meeting rooms, ordering refreshments, organising IT support, etc)

  • Facilitate the prompt payment of invoices using an internal invoicing tool, and resolving any queries

  • Manage monthly business expenses, liaising with Accounts dept.

  • Assist with office administration tasks (photocopying, printing, etc), as required.

  • Provide assistance to CPO Team /Exec Team when visiting

  • Prepare reports and presentations, as requested.

  • Ordering office supplies
