Job Title: Temporary Personal Assistant
Salary: £13.50/hour
Location: Central Bromley
Hours: 8am-5pm

Contract: Ongoing until they recruit permanently

• Managing CEO's calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments


• Monitoring a busy inbox, responding, flagging, and following up emails


• Managing CEOs action tracker, following up with the directors, managers and contractors


• Maintaining an efficient and up to date filing system


• Working on Adhoc requirements when required

Is this you?

• Proven experience in a similar position is advantageous


• Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills


• Able to work independently as well as part of a team


• Can apply judgement in problem solving
