Personal Assistant - Property - Hybrid Working

Temporary PA / EA to CEO with potential to go permanent


Initially this role will start on a temporary basis as they current PA has moved into another role so they are looking for a great candidate to start ideally week commencing 4th October. This role has strong potential to be made into a permanent position if this is what you are looking for in the long term although they are equally happy to take a candidate who can purely temp.


JOB TITLE: Temporary Personal Assistant / Executive assistant to CEO


COMPANY: Modern well- known brand with state of the art offices, located all over the South Coast!


CONTRACT: Temporary - Permanent


HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minute lunch, this role will be part home based and part office based


START: Week Commencing 4th October 2021


PAY RATE: £27-31,000 per annum


LOCATION: Central Bournemouth Office (you will be based in their modern office 2-3 days per week, then remote home working)

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Responsibilities



  • Manage the workload for the CEO and 3 Directors

  • Manage diaries of CEO and Directors, arranging meetings, all preparation for meetings, monitoring email accounts and actioning emails

  • Minuting Board Meetings, produce and circulate agendas

  • Make all travel arrangements for senior management team

  • Management of facilities for the Office


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a PA/EA role

  • Proven knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook telephone call, issuing concise messages, responding to enquires from external and internal stakeholders

  • Self-motivated & Proactive in approach to daily workload

  • Exceptional organisational skills
