Our client is looking for a super organised, dedicated and most importantly kind PA to join the team in supporting both the MD and Commercial Director with Personal Assistance support. The team are looking for someone who is going to get fully immersed within the culture of the team and be the backbone of the Managing Directors!


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Full business and some personal support

  • Diary management across multiple time zones (US / UK): understanding the importance of key meetings, allowing sufficient time around meetings for travel and prep

  • Point of contact that provides full administrative support to the founder and Commercial Director

  • Manage email and correspondence prioritisation

  • Complete expenses on a weekly basis

  • Organise all travel, transfers, accommodation, and visas where necessary

  • Organise internal and external meetings with clients, partners, and candidates

  • Help ensure meetings run smoothly by including necessary background information in the diary entry meeting description or sending background info in advance

  • Assisting with formatting and proof-reading presentations and documents.

  • Supporting with any personal duties also including restaurant booking, event planning etc


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Ideally 5 years' experience as a previous PA/EA (Personal/Executive Assistant)

  • Proven ability to be incredibly organised

  • Experience in an organisational role where effective multi-tasking is key

  • Personable personality with the ability to be versatile and flexible

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and able to think proactively.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure

  • Delivery focused i.e. you can make things happen, even with time constraints.

  • Quick to learn and ability to think on your feet.

  • Familiar with Microsoft packages
