Our client is looking for an Available Immediately Personal Assistant. You will be an experienced PA confident with providing PA support to a senior leadership team member, who manages a diverse team within a busy environment. You should have experience in managing conflicting diaries, working with senior stakeholders and enjoys working within a fast-paced office environment. To be successful in your application you must be available immediately and able to commit for 5 months.


JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant


JOB TYPE: Full-time, Temporary


SALARY: £20 -£24 Per hour


HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm


DURATION: Until October 2024


LOCATION: Pimlico, Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office)


Responsibilities/Duties



  • Complex diary management for the MD - keeping on top of things, adjusting the diary as needed when new priorities arise

  • Acting as a first port of call for queries and requests for meetings (both internally and externally) and prioritising and fielding these accordingly

  • Organising team events and meetings across multiple sites including agenda setting and venue research and booking

  • Administrative support including managing email inboxes, invoicing, minutes for meetings and ensuring the Managing Director has all necessary preparation and information ahead of meetings throughout the week

  • Interacting with lots of different people throughout a day both on email and in person, from the HR team to colleagues throughout the wider business.

  • Support with the logistics of office move and the planning and preparation involved around this

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • The ability to work autonomously using initiative

  • Proactive problem solving and solution suggestion skills
