Senior Administrator


We're looking for an Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in Southampton.


This is a Temporary role starting in ASAP until 31st December 2022.


Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm


This role will be a mixture of office based and working from home!



What you will be doing…


· Attending meetings & minute taking


· Diary management


· Maintaining risk logs and identifying areas of risk through analysis of data


· Preparing project updates via documents, checking actions are recorded and closed


· Creating and sharing to do lists


· Providing excellent administrative support to a busy team



To be successful in this role you'll have…


· Outstanding knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel


· Experience in a PA posiiton


· The ability to multitask and manage projects


· Excellent attention to detail
