Full Time, Permanent - Based near St Paul's


Our client, a global Engineering organisation are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis in their London Office. Amazing benefits & company culture!


We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a direct Personal Assistant role and is confident with a strong work ethic. Very organised, extremely adaptable and has the ability to support multiple senior members with a mix of personalities.

Duties:



  • Providing professional support to 3 leadership team members.

  • Arranging meetings and schedules, maintaining diaries of senior members including organisation of any appointments.

  • Providing support to manage and maintain work as well as monitoring emails and diaries.

  • Conducting any preparation when required for meetings or presentations.

  • Organising travel arrangements when needed and acting as first point of contact.

  • Expense claims preparation and submission for senior members.

  • Maintaining relationships with leadership team members and any other key members.

  • Completing all task accurately, professional, and confidentially (when required).

  • Other ad hoc duties.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience within a direct Personal Assistant role is essential.

  • Must be able to manage workload, deadlines and prioritise tasks whilst dealing with multiple stakeholders.

  • Extremely organised and detail orientated.

  • Flexible and able to work around two very busy diaries and being the one on hand.

  • Confidence and clear in themselves and their work.

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Professional communication skills including verbal and written skills.

  • Strong work ethic, have the willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Someone who does not panic and works well under pressure whilst also maintaing being cheerful, friendly, and flexible.
