Job Details:



  • Personal Assistant

  • £40,000 - £45,000* Depending on experience.

  • Full time, permanent

  • 9.00am - 17:00pm

  • City of London - Full time office based (Flexible working days)


Duties:



  • PA support to Directors and senior team (including heavy diary management)

  • Day to day office management and admin.

  • Organising and booking flights and accommodation for the director.

  • Supporting all team members.

  • Organising meetings and client events (including interacting with our clients)

  • Processing invoices, dealing with accountants and queries.

  • Developing and maintaining effective and efficient admin systems.

  • Managing team socials and company events.

  • Liaising with suppliers.

  • Maintaining staff records, dealing with on boarding and set up.

  • Supporting in the preparation of documentation.

  • Post management.

  • Preparing and taking minutes.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Office Management or team assistant experience would be beneficial.

  • Experience supporting new starters beneficial but not mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of MS office and outlook.

  • Diary management and meeting arrangement.

  • Confidence to step into the role.

  • Communication skills.

  • Outgoing and personable to be able to muck in with the team.

  • Organised and strong time management.
