Role: Personal Assistant

Location: Bromley

Salary: circa £30k

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm or 7.30am-4.30pm

Benefits: 25 days holiday, Free parking, pension, closed over Christmas

  • Setting up meetings

  • Arranging travel

  • Planning events

  • Sending out packages

  • Assisting with the director's personal admin duties

Person specification:

  • Minimum 3-4 year's experience in a personal assistant position

  • Ability to manage workload

  • Great attention to detail

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
