About the role:

JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant
Permanent, Full Time
09:00am - 17:00pm (Flexible working)
£30,000 - £35,000 ( Plus fantastic monthly bonus!)

  • First point of contact for senior colleagues

  • Providing exceptional support to CEO, management of diary and taking phone calls etc

  • Management of meeting rooms

  • Answering the phone and diverting calls or taking messages as required

  • Work as active member of the team and to be flexible and adaptable based on the changing needs of the business

  • Coordination of events and conferences in relation to recent projects, end to end process

  • Assisting with projects, managing all administration needs

  • Management of meeting rooms for various client and internal meetings

  • Booking restaurants, hotels and travel arrangements

  • Managing supplier relations and point of contact for office staff

  • Assisting external client events i.e. name badges, mail outs, invitations and guest lists.

  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Managing databases and filing systems

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

  • Conducting research

  • Organising monthly office drinks and internal social events

  • Assisting Office Manager with ad hoc duties

  • Assisting with enquiries as they come into the business

Experience, knowledge and skills required

  • At least 3 - 5 years PA/ Senior Admin experience

  • Previous experience in working in a fast paced environment

  • Previous experience in working closely with senior colleagues

  • Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Experience of working on multiple projects and managing complex information.

  • Experience of using digital systems including MS Office and CRM systems such as

  • Experience liaising with all levels of organisations, and excellent customer service skills
