JOB ROLE: PA / Admin - Luxury Fashion - TEMP

SALARY: £13.33


HOURS: 5 days a week -Monday to Friday IN OFFICE 9.30AM-6PM

DURATION 2-3 MONTHS (could be extended for longer) AMAZING OPPORTUNITY

LOCATION: Central London

Below are the main duties:

  • General administrative support and daily operational guidance.

  • Provide effective diary management to the General Manager and 2 other Directors: organisation of meetings and travels, checking logistics, itineraries, ensuring bookings arrangements (travels, meeting rooms, etc.), administrative support if any paperwork needed to travel (visa, declarations, etc.) checking logistics etc.

  • Arranging market visits and business meeting: visitor arrangements, checking logistics and ensuring suitable schedule in place, preparing agenda, booking venues and/or accommodations, etc.

  • Managing expenses claims for General Manager and 2 other Directors

  • Managing stationary order for the Office

  • Supporting with extractions of weekly, monthly sales, CRM and/or ad-hoc reports and powerpoint presentations preparation

  • Preparation of Store Manager weekly meeting

  • Minute taking of meetings, business / market visits

  • Drafting, preparing and circulating memoranda and other documents

  • Invoices management: creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Good Receipts (GR), liaising with Finance and accounting team to ensure payment of invoices in timely manner

  • Support with creation of new and/or modification of office suppliers into finance systems by liaising with the Finance department and being the first point of contact with office suppliers.

  • Ensure office supplies, hardware and appliances are maintained: liaising with relevant stakeholders (IT Department, Operations, etc.) to support with any issues related to (printers, phones, coffee machine, water fountain, etc.)
