Job Details:

  • Personal Assistant

  • Global Research Consultancy

  • 09.00am-17.30pm (flexibility is required)

  • 6 month contract - full time

  • ASAP

  • £45,000 - £50,000 *DOE

  • Based close to Bank Tube Station


  • Act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls for a small number of senior stakeholders and the CEO

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

  • Creating and distributing meeting minutes

  • Producing reports, presentations, documentation and briefing papers

  • Support with strategic decisions

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships

  • Support the marketing and communications team with strategic campaigns

  • Organising global events and conferences


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • Extensive PA experience supporting at c-suite level is required

  • Must be available to start within 1 week

  • A proactive, autonomous, flexible, and driven individual with a creative outlook

  • Someone who is forward thinking, a problem solver, and solution provider

  • The ability to promote a positive working culture within the team

  • Knowledge of MS packages especially Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint

  • A strong level of numeracy and attention to detail is required
