Job Details:



  • Personal Assistant (12 Month Maternity cover)

  • £35,000 - £40,000* Depending on experience

  • City of London

  • Hybrid Working

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm



Job Spec:



  • Coordinating and maintaining the diary of the Partners/Directors

  • Organising all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.

  • Inbox and telephone management

  • Monitoring and maintaining the work in progress to ensure timely follow up and completion

  • Arrangement of travel schedules, purchase, and negotiation of tickets for business purposes

  • Assisting with seminars and events - preparing documentation and presentations

  • Document assistance using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

  • Preparing and submitting expense claims as required for Partners

  • Ensuring appropriate handover coverage is in place when absence and providing support and coverage for team members within the PA team

  • Other adhoc administrative duties and travel bookings, as required by other staff members



Requirements:




  • Extensive PA experience within a similar role and professional environment

  • Must have supported at a senior/director level

  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and strong time management

  • Strong IT skills

  • Well-presented and well spoken

  • "can do" attitude, self-motivated and eager to gain experience

  • Bubbly, confident and a team player

  • Honest and reliable

  • Hard working and ambitious
