JOB ROLE: Customer Care temps required for online Luxury Fashion Brand


HOURS: 8 hour shifts, between 8am to 11pm. (some weekend work)


START DATE: Early November until Jan 2022 (some roles extended)


SALARY: £10 to £10.20 (role dependant)


LOCATION: Home based (Laptop provided)

Every year, we work closely with a number of online luxury fashion brands, supporting them with providing amazing temporary staff to work for them over their busiest time of year.... Black Friday, Christmas and January Sale! Its approaching that time again and we are on the look out for temps who are 100% happy to work from home, fulfilling a busy customer service role, providing world class customer service to their VIP customers!



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Liaising with customers via live chat, email, social media and telephone

  • Resolving queries relating to product information, deliveries, stock, refunds, disputes etc

  • Minimising complaints ensuring a positive resolution is met

  • Working a varied shift pattern, from home. shifts include 8am to 4pm, 11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm, 3pm to 11pm.

  • Some shifts will fall over the busier weekends but mostly weekday work


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Customer Service experience, whether that be from a store setting, call centre or other environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 100% flexible to work shifts, including some weekends

  • Self motivated nature to be able to work to targets, whilst working from home
