Do you have experience in Payroll? Are you available to start a long-term assignment immediately?



We are looking for a Payroll/HR Assistant to join our client's team in Orpington. This role is primarily finance based but will also include some HR duties.



Your duties will include;



  • Inputting payroll onto a spreadsheet accurately for 400 members of staff

  • Working to tight deadlines and ensuring all payroll completed monthly

  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters

  • Working closely with HR team

  • Advertising roles on job boards

  • Responding to potential candidates, arranging interviews with line managers



Experience



  • Knowledge of maternity pay

  • Experience with P11D's

  • Tax codes

  • HMRC

  • Pensions knowledge - desirable
