We are currently seeking a Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in Swanley.


As a Payroll Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth payroll operations and delivering exceptional service to our client's employees. This is a full-time permanent position, offering an annual salary of £30,000.


What will you be doing as a Payroll Operations Coordinator?



  • Managing payroll processes, including processing time-sheets, calculating deductions, and issuing payments accurately and on time

  • Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner, providing effective support to employees and other relevant stakeholders

  • Assisting with the production of reports and analysis to support decision-making processes

  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practises to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

  • Address incoming calls and inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant parties as necessary


What are we looking for in a Payroll Operations Coordinator?



  • Previous experience in a similar payroll role, preferably within a fast-paced and complex environment

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and taxation

  • Proficiency in payroll software and other relevant systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of data integrity

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build successful working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
