Payroll Clerk / Accounts Administrator


Hornchurch, Essex


£37440 per annum


Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


My client, a well established business based in Hornchurch, is looking for a Payroll Clerk / Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.


You will be responsible for:



  • Running weekly payroll for 250+ employees using SAGE Payroll

  • Uploading and submitting pension

  • Sending remittances and statements

  • Invoice entry

  • Reconciling statements

  • Answering the telephone, dealing with payroll and accounts queries

  • Updating and sharing training matrix

  • Dealing with agency timesheets

  • Ad hoc accounts duties as required


You must have:



  • Extensive experience processing weekly payroll

  • Knowledge of Sage & Sage Payroll
