Job Details:



  • First point of contact for all HR, Payroll and training queries

  • Managing electronic and paper based paperwork efficiently

  • Organising and booking meeting rooms using an online booking system

  • Arranging training course materials and refreshments

  • Timely and accurate HR data entry

Requirements:



  • Must have HR & Payroll experience

  • Experience of using an online booking system is desirable

  • Be a confident communicator with various people internally and externally

  • Accurate data entry skills
