Our client, an established and innovative business, is looking to recruit a Payroll and HR Administrator to join their medium sized team. The successful applicant will be a time served, confident individual with high attention to detail, good communication skills, proficient with Excel and organised. This role would suit someone wanting a business they can make their mark in who is used to a fast paced environment.


The role:



  • To undertake day to day payroll activities to ensure practical and smooth running of the service

  • Working to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads to reach payroll turnaround

  • Processing amendments, new starters and leaver information within our payroll system

  • Processing absence information accurately

  • Processing pay data accurately for numerous businesses within the Group

  • Providing at all times a customer focused approach, ensuring appropriate and responsive service time and to offer guidance to internal customers and external stake holders



To be successful in this role, you will:



  • A minimum of 2 years payroll experience in a fast-paced environment

  • An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy

  • Experience of Microsoft 365

  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and in writing

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Professional
