Up to £23,000 per annum

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy team who are expanding. This role would suit someone looking for a social and friendly team who work hard but also get rewarded for this!

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with any incoming payroll queries

  • Sending payslips to contractors

  • Checking national insurance/tax

  • Inputting P45 and P46 information

  • Reporting

  • Managing invoices

  • Build rapport with external partners

  • Manage any timesheets/contracts

  • Keep systems up to date

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience of working in payroll. This could be either internally, in practice or bureau

  • Excellent customer service skills and great telephone manner

  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks

  • An understanding of the importance of compliance and good attention to detail
