Role: Payroll Administrator Part-time flexible hours

Working 1 day a week for 3 weeks and the last week of the month 5 days a week - 8 days a week in total a month.

Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the Energy industry, are looking to recruit a Payroll Admin. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.

The day to day duties in your new job will be….

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for all administration and data entry to our 3rd party payroll

provider, ensuring all steps are completed to enable monthly commitment (approval) of payroll.

Additionally, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing payroll queries and supporting on

annual payroll elements for example P60 and P11D reporting.

Undertaking pension checks with 3rd party provider and ensuring all pension is appropriately reported

into payroll

and to 3rd party pension provider

 Managing payroll deadlines predominantly for UK (+250 personnel) and supporting the process for

International Germany & Netherlands (approx. 20 persons)

 Being the point of contract for employee queries and any actions for resolve

 Managing day to day communications and challenges with external 3rd party payroll provider

 Ensuring all new personnel are provided with the appropriate login to payslips

 Managing the leaver process inputs to payroll including where issuing of P45's

 Managing the new start process and associated inputs, ensuring P45s and New Starter Checklists are

correctly allocated to ensure zero risk to excessive statutory contributions in the commencement period

 Ensure where possible efficiency improvements are managed

 Ensure all payroll input processes are implemented and remain up to date

 Produce quality analytical and HR payroll reporting as and when required

 Work with the HR & Finance stakeholders ensuring all deadlines are met for payroll and annual


 Ability to manage multiple work-streams with minimum fuss

 A high level of attention to detail

 A strong focus on getting things right

 Super-efficient, proactive, and organised

 Can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

 Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines

 Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR
