OA are working with a fast paced FX company as they search for an experienced payroll administrator.

ROLE: Payroll Administrator
WHEN: Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 17:00 / Please note: This is NOT a hybrid role
WHERE: Canary Wharf
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000

DUTIES:



  • Processing end to end high-volume payroll.

  • Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.

  • Processing of Year End procedures.

  • Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.

  • Liaise with HMRC when required.

  • Process Tax Code changes.

  • Ability to process manual calculations.

  • Adhoc accounting duties

  • Manage and maintain company pension scheme - enrolling employees and ensuring correct payment made to scheme


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven experience within the role

  • Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
