Payout/ Fund Officer

The key purpose of this role is to ensure deals are accurately & efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements

Experience Requirements

� 2 years' experience of working in a customer service environment is essential

� 1 years' experience of paying out deals, or undertaking similar processes is essential

� 1 years' experience of working in asset finance market is desirable

Knowledge Requirements

� Basic knowledge of Customer Service principles is essential

� Basic knowledge of asset finance is desirable

� Basic knowledge of Direct Debits is desirable

Skill and Competency Requirements

� Basic skills in respect of Microsoft office: Excel, Word & Outlook are essential

� Good skills in respect of customer service is essential

� Strong attention to detail is essential

� Robust skills in respect of administration and processes is essential

� Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential

� Basic skills in respect of processing direct debits is desirable

Required Qualifications/Certifications

� GSCE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English are essential
