Job Details:



  • Partnerships Marketing Manager

  • Leisure & Travel

  • £35,000 - £38,000 * Depending on experience

  • City of London - Hybrid Working

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • ASAP Start - Can wait 1 month notice period

  • Full-Time Permanent Role



Job Spec:



  • Manage and implement the Partnership plan

  • Research prospective partners and events to enhance the customer experience and provide new commercial opportunities to deliver revenue driving partnerships for the business

  • Point of contact for the Marketing and Communications team regarding marketing partnerships

  • Proactively work with internal and external partners to develop and implement integrated partnership schemes, working closely with Tourism bodies, Networks, rail, bus operators, cycle, regional airports, local authorities, regional tourist organisations and other relevant organisations

  • Manage existing partner relationships

  • Secure new and valuable long-term partnerships, being the main point of contact to co-ordinate all commercial partnership activity across the team and the wider business

  • Prepare partnership agreements, internal plans, forecasting and reporting to maximise the return on investment

  • Providing rich content to the Content Manager

  • Working alongside the innovations team



Requirements:



  • 3+ years' experience within an all-round marketing position and in particular Partnerships Marketing

  • Degree and Marketing qualification essential (Chartered institute of marketing ideally)

  • MS Office, Google Analytics and Web/Email editing would be beneficial

  • Bright, bubbly, personable and strong team member attitude

  • A demonstrable understanding of marketing and PR principles

  • Experience of managing commercial contracts and negotiating arrangement

  • Experience of briefing and directing external agencies to deliver partnership initiatives

  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to business development, becoming the brand ambassador for the company

  • Good project management skills, with the ability to work to short deadlines and under pressure

  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, 'can-do' attitude

  • Well organised, forward thinker and ability to muck in

  • Strong communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and stakeholders
