Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator in Bracknell.

Working days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Duration: Ongoing

Hours: 8-5

Pay rate: £11.50ph

Duties include but are not limited to:

� Meeting and greeting customers into the service department

� Seating customers and taking their enquiries

� Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant person

� Liaising with the service team to provide customers with updates regarding car collections and any works performed on the vehicle

� Making follow up calls to customers

The ideal candidate will have/be:

� Be disciplined and have a professional approach to work

� Comfortable in dealing with internal colleagues as required

� Must be competent and comfortable in the use of MS Office

� Self-starter, and able to manage own schedule and workload

� Punctual and maintains good time keeping

� Good communication skills

� Attention to detail and accuracy is expected
