3 days a week

6 month contract with the potential to go permanent

£45k pro rata (£27,000)

Innovative, successful and expanding Consultancy firm based near Waterloo are looking to recruit an Experienced Sales Team Administrator to join their team.

This role is key to the business and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting new business efforts, creating and maintaining the necessary processes for success, creating proposals and staying on top of new business leads.

Duties in the role:

  • CRM Management

  • Run weekly reports and analysis as needed from CRM system to keep the board updated with new business activity

  • Support in scheduling new (and existing clients) to ensure new business can be serviced

  • Researching and staying on top of market developments to identify opportunities

  • Act as the lynch pin to connect all business leads and consultants on new business

  • Communicating new business information to the company as necessary

  • Manage website enquiries, fielding to the relevant team as needed

  • Maintenance, improvement and creation of new business materials as necessary

  • Creation and/or coordination of new business proposals and support with pricing as necessary

About you:

  • Previous experience within a Sales/New Business support role

  • Clear communicator, confident to interact with people at all levels of an organization

  • Experience in a CRM systems

  • Good project management skills

  • Organised and flexible. Able to adapt and manage change

  • Good team player, willing to get stuck in and help out

  • A self-starter with plenty of initiative

  • Good PowerPoint skills
