3 days a week 9am - 4:30pm (some flexibility around this)


£28k pro-rata (£16,800)


Aldgate - London


Well-established office furniture supplier based near Aldgate is looking to recruit a reliable and dedicated Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their small team.


In this role you will support team with general day to day administration of orders coming through.


Duties:



  • Input customer orders on Sage

  • Order acknowledgements (from manufacturer) to be checked and date of delivery entered

  • Invoice and credit note processing

  • Scan delivery notes onto Sage

  • Customer queries regarding delivery dates, pricing


About you



  • You will have previous experience working with Sage 50 or 200

  • Previous administration experience

  • Be dedicated to a Part-Time role

  • Logical approach

  • Self-sufficient
