Our client, a leading health, wellness & fitness professional clinic is currently looking for a productive and hard-working part-time Receptionist/Administrator for their Hampton Clinic.


Suitable candidates will deliver a world-class customer service, be hard working and be able to problem solve quickly with an interest in helping people from all walks of life to feel and live better.


You must be able to show evidence of getting valuable results from similar past roles and be able to demonstrate taking initiatives in challenging situations. You must know the importance of routine and be used to keeping systems functioning.


Receptionist responsibilities:



  • Maintain a stable practice and to be service oriented to benefit all our patients.

  • Scheduling appointments

  • carrying out requests from management when needed

  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

  • Answering emails and sorting post

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

  • Completing financial duties such as processing payments and billing.

  • Follow up enquiries from potential new patients

  • Re-book existing patients for follow up treatments

  • Manage the doctor's diaries and ensuring all days are filled

  • Handle around 250 walk-ins a week

  • Support the other staff members

  • All necessary training will be provided for all activates and procedures.



Essentials:



  • Must have worked in a similar role

  • Quick learner, work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good eye for detail

  • Computer literate
