JOB TITLE: Part Time Receptionist


LOCATION: Crawley


SHIFTS: 1pm - 6pm Monday to Friday


SALARY: £10 p/h


START DATE: ASAP


DURATION: ONGOING


We're teaming up with an established company based in Crawley who are looking to recruit a friendly, professional Receptionist to support one of their sites.


Role Responsibility:



  • Greeting all incoming visitors & contractors to the building in a polite and professional manner.

  • Contacting relevant staff/tenants to inform them that the visitor/contractor is on site.

  • Managing and executing Facilities related service desk requests.

  • Ensuring that all visitors and contractors are signed in and issued with appropriate passes/keys

  • Ensuring key cabinet and key log is checked and updated on a regular basis.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure that it is kept in a clean, tidy, and useable condition at all times and reporting any issues to the Head of Facilities.

  • Tending to reception and office plants (where necessary), ensuring they are watered and kept in good condition.

  • Keeping a regular oversight of car parking on a daily basis to ensure maximum use and efficiency of the car parks.

  • Provision of access control passes to new joiners and setting up tenants passes with communal door access.

  • Daily management of all relevant reception logs for building tenants (keys/passes/parcels etc).


The Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous experience in office administration essential

  • Excellent communicator - written and verbal

  • Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes

  • Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise

  • Car driver essential

  • Previous experience of working in a front of house role

  • Enjoys working in a corporate environment

  • Ability to work with strict confidentiality

  • Previously dealt with various client enquiries

  • A professional telephone manner

  • Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
