Our client are looking for a enthusiastic receptionist to join the energetic and friendly front of house team 3 days per week. If you are forward thinking, creative and had an outstanding work ethic, this could be a really exciting opportunity for you!

JOB TITLE: Receptionist - Part Time

JOB TYPE: Permanent, 3 days per week

SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000 FTE

  • Be first point of contact for enquiries answering the telephone, responding to simple enquiries and putting calls through to the relevant staff member

  • Check and act upon emails in both the general office and reception inboxes

  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, make refreshments for visitors and providing excellent service

  • Book meeting rooms when requested

  • Booking couriers for team members

  • Sign for deliveries and make sure they reach the relevant person

  • Frank and take the mail to the post-office at the end of the day

  • Keep kitchen areas clean and tidy

  • Creating interactive events for staff to participate in that reflect culture, health and diversity awareness

  • Taking initiative in maintaining the office culture and striving to improve on it

  • Maintain supplies of office stationery

  • Manage other administrative tasks as required

Experience, knowledge and skills required

  • Proven verbal communication skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Computer literate

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task to manage a busy reception desk

  • Eager to learn

  • High attention to detail

  • Previous experience within a Reception role- Desirable
