Job Details:



  • Receptionist & Administrator

  • £18,000-£21,000*depending on experience

  • Permanent role - Part time 3 days per week

  • 8:00am-16:30pm or 9:00am-17:00pm

  • City of London - 3 days a week office based


Duties:



  • Assist all visitors and staff to the correct site of contact.

  • Answer the phone and use internal systems to deal with queries.

  • Ensure reception area is kept clean throughout the day and provide a professional welcoming to visitors.

  • Managing deliveries and post.

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors.

  • General data entry.

  • Dealing with email enquiries.

  • Arranging meetings and appointments.

  • Liaising with external sectors.

  • Supporting the team with general administration duties.


Requirements:



  • Must have experience within administration.

  • Must be professional, determined and able to build strong working relationships.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and approachable manner

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.

  • Exceptional written and communication skills.

  • A confident and professional individual.

  • Ability to use initiate and think outside of the box.
