Part time Personal Assistant


Are you an organised and confident Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting temporary opportunity in the social value industry that might be perfect for you! Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible working hours, and the chance to make a positive impact.


Role Information:



  • Part time position with working hours from 9am to 5:30 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break

  • 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • Office-based two days per week, with one day working from home

  • Hourly pay rate between £15.39ph - £17.95ph (depending on experience)

  • To start ASAP until October 2024

  • Based in London Bridge



Responsibilities:



  • Provide executive level support, including calendar management, conflict resolution, and inbox management

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings within the UK

  • Support the wider revenue and sales team with various administrative tasks

  • Assist in arranging team days and provide presentation support



Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
