JOB TITLE: Hybrid Part Time Payroll Administrator
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Up to £28,000 PA + Bonus
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 20-30 hours per week

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a experienced Payroll Administrator friendly team on a part time basis.
KEY DUTIES:
- Answer queries relating to pay, tax, adjustments helping to trouble shoot pay issues.
- Manage all workflow relating to monthly payroll using Moorepay ensuring the data is accurate, calculating bonus and shift allowance payments monthly and quarterly.
- Producing manual pay calculation, where necessary, for changes to pay or bonuses.
- Update employee payroll records.
- Reconcile & load pensions monthly.
- Assist with HR administration.
- Create and send monthly reports for management teams and assist with audit reporting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR/Payroll laws and regulations and internal audit compliance.
- Work alongside HR Administrator to deliver a smooth and effective service to the business.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience using Moorepay
- Experience working within payroll
- Strong PC skills including intermediate MS Excel
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Organised, are great at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
