JOB TITLE: Part Time Office Manager


HOURS: Flexible working hours (ideally mornings, 20 hours per week)


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £35,000 - £37,000 *Depending on experience


LOCATION: (Predominantly remote role) The office is based close to Bank Tube Station.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting with general Office Management duties and administration duties to support the team

  • Logging invoices and updating internal reports

  • Document control, scanning and printing

  • Setting up payments, including payroll

  • Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked

  • Managing expenses and making travel arrangements,

  • Diary and inbox management

  • Answer the main telephone line and reply to any internal emails

  • Organising occasional events

  • Managing all annual leave requests

  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures

  • Being able to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience within a similar Office Management role is necessary

  • Experience with an office move would be ideal but not essential

  • A proactive individual who can come in and hit the ground running

  • A friendly, calm, and approachable individual

  • The ability to manage your own workload successfully

  • Happy with working mostly independently

  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
