Part Time Office Manager


Pay: £14.35 - £17.94 per hour


Job Type: 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract


Location: Birmingham City Centre


Hours: 10.5 hours per week across 2 days (Must include working on a Tuesday, plus one additional day per week which is flexible)

The current position available is for an experienced Office Manager who will be based within the Birmingham City Centre office with responsibility across an additional 4 office locations. The successful Office Manager will be required to work on a wide range of responsibilities from the general everyday office operations to working closely with staff and Directors, co-ordinating and assisting with HR matters, health and safety compliance checks, facilities management, interaction with accounts, company compliance and general administrative tasks.


The Office Manager role is a vital part of the business to ensure company aspirations are achieved. This role requires the ability to adapt to the thriving, competitive and dynamic environment typically seen within a business such as this and be comfortable with reporting directly to the Director. You must be able to work autonomously, act with maturity, work with integrity and discretion.


Skills / Experience Required:



  • Office Management experience (essential)

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • The ability to work without supervision

  • Knowledge of IS0/9001 quality management system (desirable)

  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
