Our client in the West End is seeking a creative, proactive Office Manager to be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. Making sure it is clean, comfortable, safe, and secure office environment and being the first point of contact for our team on office-related questions.

The role: Temporary Part-Time Office Administrator

Pay rate: £16 - 18 per hour



Start date: Immediately



Duration: 2-3 days a week until the end of December

Overview of the role/Duties:




  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies and team lunches

  • Point of contact - be the main point of contact for office contractors / suppliers and handle office-related queries

  • New starters / leavers - support managers with new starters and leavers processes

  • Post - sort and distribute incoming post and organise important outbound shipments of product samples for photo shoots and designers

  • Issue resolution - lead the response to any ad hoc office issues and office projects

  • Systems, policies and processes - maintain and continuously improve our office systems, policies and processes, including safety regulations

  • Office management - take the lead in coordinating any office improvements and liaising with service providers



Experience/Skills required:




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines

  • Strong people skills - ability to listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a professional level

  • Results oriented with and impeccable work ethic

  • Self-motivated and positive - able to take the initiative to solve problems

  • Exceptional eye for detail

  • IT skills - able to use Microsoft Office and Emails
