Part-Time Office Coordinator

  • 3 days a week Tuesday-Thursday 9-5

  • 1 year maternity contract

  • £23,300 pro-rata = £14,000

Award-winning construction, refurbishment and fit out company based near London Bridge is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their team.

Working in the companies small London office you will be the face of the business and support with day to day administrative duties.

Duties included:

  • Opening/closing the office, operating switchboard politely and efficiently

  • Welcoming all visitors

  • Ensure the office and all office resources/supplies are well-managed and maintained

  • Reserve meeting areas and service as required (e.g. photocopying, provision of tea/coffee etc)

  • Updating company database system

  • Document management

All about you:

  • Previous office administration experience

  • Dedicated to a Part-time role - and can commit to the hours and days required

  • Proactive, professional with the ability to use your own initiative

  • MS Office skills: Word/Excel

  • Available to start before the 24th May
