This small yet highly experienced consultancy requires a strong HR professional to join their growing business. Coming into a new role you will be responsible for providing and managing the HR Consultancy services for their clients.


Working with a highly experienced Director who already offers a very competent Health & Safety Consultancy service covering inspections, audits, training and more, you will allow the service offering of the business to expand and provide your expertise in a HR capacity to new and existing clients.


Using your HR knowledge, you will be:



  • Managing employment contracts and policies

  • Providing templates

  • Calls and e-mail support advice service

  • Conducting HR audits

  • Letter writing

  • Workplace investigations

  • Disciplinary and grievances

  • Absence management

  • Workforce planning

  • Employee engagement

  • Performance management

  • Sending employment law update newsletters

  • Designing and developing the process, policies, forms and best practice

  • On occasion delivering staff development training sessions for clients


Internally for the business itself you will have the opportunity to:



  • Manage HR and all areas of employee relations, performance management, and HR functions

  • Carry out company administration tasks to assist other divisions of the business, including issuing invoices, data input and responding to inquiries

  • Supporting the Company Director with various projects



This is an exiting time to join as they plan to expand their client base and grow the business. You will play an integral part of this and assist in developing their HR Client base and driving the HR business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives.


We are keen to speak to candidates who are CIPD qualified, with HR Consultancy or HR Manager/Advisor experience.

The 20 hours per week are flexible with the chance to work both in the office as well as from home. You will be provided with a company laptop and mobile.
