Role: Immediately Available PART TIME Fundraising Administrator


We are working with a great charity who is looking for a PART TIME Fundraising Administrator to join their team IMMEDIATELY!


Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working in administration and have working knowledge of Salesforce. This is an exciting time to be working this charity as the have some a brand-new strategy in place and some very exciting campaigns they are in the process of running.


JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role


HOURS: 21 hours a week - 3 days a week Ideal and you must be able to work until 5pm


SALARY: £13-£14 per hour


LOCATION: London - This role is office based

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES



  • Thank donors by email and post, and logging fundraising activities on Salesforce, ensuring that our records stay up to date.

  • Assist Team with mailings.

  • Process and send out online shop orders.

  • Fulfil and send out information and fundraising packs

  • Process incoming and outgoing post and organising couriers.

  • Helping to keep the office in order i.e., Order stationery and cleaning materials for the head office, making sure the stock room is tidy.

  • Manage the CEO's diary, helping to organise meetings and booking travel and accommodation.

  • Support the team with answering phones.

  • To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

  • Confident in all MS Packages

  • Excellent Communication Skills
