π Education and Experience π
π‘ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
π‘ Professional Accounting Qualifications (ACCA, CIMA).
π‘ 5-7 years of experience in Financial Management and Reporting.
π‘ Proven leadership and team management skills.
π‘ Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Prepare and present financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
πΉ Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop, manage and monitor the company's annual budget.
- Conduct financial forecasting to project future revenues, expenses, and financial performance.
- Identify variances between actual and budgeted results and advise on corrective actions.
πΉ Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, to validate financial processes and controls.
πΉ Cash Management:
- Oversee the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable and optimise working capital.
- Ensure timely payments and collections.
πΉ Financial Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in strategic planning by providing financial insights and projections.
πΉ Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage the accounting team, including training and performance management.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practises and stays updated with accounting standards and regulations.
πΉ Tax Planning and Compliance:
- Manage tax planning to minimise the company's tax liability.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and manage relationships with tax authorities.
πΉ Cost Control and Expense Management:
- Monitor and control company expenses to optimise profitability.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for cost reduction.
πΉ Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and compliance with financial risk policies.
πΉ Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems.
- Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
