  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.

  • Manage audits, both internal and external, to validate financial processes and controls.

  • Oversee the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable and optimise working capital.

  • Ensure timely payments and collections.

  • Assist in strategic planning by providing financial insights and projections.
