Part-Time - Finance Assistant

Office Angels are working with a global brand for a Part time Accounts Assistant. This role is home based with a view to office based in August with some flexibility.

This new Part-Time role will require 20/25 hours across 5 days, hours can flexible.

This is going in to a busy role that requires someone with an eye for detail and ability to work well in teams to ensure all process are followed accurately.

Duties to include;

  • Matching and coding invoices on Purchase Order Systems

  • Maintain and update central journal

  • Posting cash

  • Maintaining supplier statement reconciliations on a timely basis

  • Scanning & emailing PO invoices to relevant site

  • Process credit notes within the system

  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

You will need to have the following;

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Able to input high volumes of invoices

  • Experience of coding invoices

  • Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
